Delivery area

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges and estimated times

Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. Any product-specific or made-to-order lead time will be stated on the product page or otherwise communicated before the order is accepted. We will deliver within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed with you.

Dispatch and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the tracking information where the chosen service provides tracking. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery problems

Please check your parcel on arrival. If it appears damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us promptly. If your order is delayed, missing or delivered to the wrong address, contact us at kbdriv3n@gmail.com with your order number.
